Cardiac Rehab Center

The Cardiac Rehab center offers an exercise and strength program for employees. The cost is $15 per month through payroll deduction only. For more information, call 480-323-4600.
Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center
10460 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale, on the Scottsdale Shea Medical Center campus.
The cancer center's Body, Mind & Spirit program features yoga, qi gong, tai chi and more. For more information, call 480-323-1981.
Women's Health Center

The Women's Health Center offers the Essential Touch Fitness Center. For more information, call 480-323-3663.

The Diabetes Center offers education classes on diabetes and prediabetes, as well as individual sessions for meal planning, carbohydrate counting, weight management and more. For more information, call 480-323-4921.
Cowden Center Cardiac Rehab Center
9202 N. Second St., Phoenix, on the John C. Lincoln Medical Center campus.
The Cardiac Rehab Center, inside Cowden, is available for all employees to use free of charge. To use this service, please note you will need to do the following on the first visit:
- Provide a prescription from a certified physician stating that you are in adequate health to be allowed to exercise.
- Sign a waiver to enroll in the exercise program.
