Please register with the email address where you want your course details sent. Your course materials will be emailed to you one month prior to the class. This will be held on June 9th at 7:30 am to 5 :00pm and June 10th at 8:00am to 5:00pm. Light breakfast and lunch will be served. Please bring a light jacket, in case the rooms are chilly and be prepared for 2 full days of educational lectures and skills stations.

This is held at our HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center Campus, Military Training Center 7301 E. 4th St., Suites 3 and 4. (Purple Heart 1 & 2, Silver Star 3 & 4 and Simulation Lab.)
