Infant CPR at Shea

Please note: This class will be held in-person. Social distance guidelines will be followed. Masks are required. Registration fee is per person.

This informative class covers CPR and foreign-body airway obstruction for infants (birth-1 year of age). Class content will include the necessary skills of CPR, choking hazards, signs of choking and rescue techniques. The class is taught by a certified American Heart Association CPR instructor and will include a significant amount of hands-on skills and participation. A course completion card will NOT be issued for this class. Expectant grandparents and other care providers may also benefit from and enjoy this class. This class can be taken anytime during the pregnancy.

Curriculum is intended for adult audience, no children in prenatal classes please. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.

The class will be held in the Brady Conference Center at the Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. The conference center is located on the first floor.
