Understanding Childbirth - In-Person

PLEASE NOTE: This series meets in the 1st floor conference room of the Ambulatory Services Building at the Sonoran Crossing Medical Center on May 8, 15 and 22.

Class fee is for expecting mom and partner/support person. If you are bringing a partner/support person, you must register them under "guest".

Our Understanding Childbirth class is a series of 2.5-hour classes that meet once a week for three consecutive weeks. These in-person classes will help you and your partner prepare for the physical and emotional experiences that may come with your labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Classes are taught by an HonorHealth Labor & Delivery RN. It is best to take this series near the beginning of your 3rd trimester.

The classes will meet once a week for three weeks on the following dates:

• First class: 5/8/23
• Second class: 5/15/23
• Third class: 5/22/23
