Our Understanding Childbirth class is a series of 2.5 hour classes that meet once a week for three consecutive weeks. Classes are taught by an HonorHealth Labor & Delivery RN. While this class may be taken any time during pregnancy, it is suggested to take this series near the beginning of the 3rd trimester. Hospital guidelines for social distancing will be followed and masks will be required.
