The HonorHealth Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center, Flower Child Restaurant and Green Living Magazine are teaming up to renew your body and spirit with mindful practices, powerful knowledge and seasonal whole foods.
Start the day with yoga with Dale Yavitt, Mind-Body-Spirit Coordinator, followed by a nutrition and cooking demo with Terri Taylor, RD, CSO and Chef Jeffery Moore from Flower Child.
