HonorHealth offers an array of programs to support you in your efforts to achieve this state of well-being, including:

Women's health screenings
They can help identify issues before they become major problems. The following screenings are available at the Diagnostic Center at Scottsdale Shea Medical Center:
- Bone density screenings: A painless ultrasound of the heel is used to assess your risk of osteoporosis.
Cost: $20. - Heart health screenings: A registered nurse will assess your risk for heart attack and stroke.

Community exercise program
All community members have access to a personalized exercise program at the HonorHealth Cardiac Rehabilitation Center in Scottsdale. The facility includes machines such as treadmills, upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, rowing machines, stair steppers, arm ergometers and weight training. Special features include supervised exercise, orientation to equipment, personalized exercise programs, stretching, balance training and Pilates.

Osteopilates classes
This fitness class focuses on improving bone density, muscle mass, flexibility and balance. Cost of class is included in membership fee. Classes take place from 9:15 - 9:45 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at HonorHealth Cardiac Rehab, 9201 E. Mountain View Rd., Suite 150. Essential Touch Fitness and Gym
The certified exercise specialists at Essential Fitness and Gym at the Essential Touch Wellness Center inside Scottsdale Shea Medical Center can get you on the road to physical fitness. Learn more.
Support groups
Facilitated by a licensed psychologist, this group is for parents who have experienced the loss of a child through an illness, accident or natural causes.
This group provides an educational forum for women with heart disease or its risk factors, including blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
Osteoporosis Educational Forum
This free educational forum is for women with low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis. Get helpful information on topics such as nutrition, exercise and medications.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression Support Group
Facilitated by a licensed psychologist, this group is for moms experiencing depression or anxiety during pregnancy or after childbirth.
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group
This group is for those who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy through miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy and neonatal death. Educational topics will be presented and discussed monthly. The group is facilitated by a licensed psychologist.
