Mia Chorney, DNP, FNP-BC, received her doctor of nursing practice for research in women’s cardiology while also earning her Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a certified elite, sports and nutrition trainer, and retired professional fitness competitor. 

As part of her specialized training in genetics through the University of Cincinnati, Mia leads the HonorHealth Cardiovascular Genetics Program, which offers comprehensive evaluation and management for individuals and families with a history of inherited heart conditions. The program integrates genetic testing, personalized treatment plans and preventive strategies to manage and reduce the risk of cardiac diseases.
