Care philosophy

I love being a family medicine physician because I enjoy treating a wide spectrum of patients. I can see a newborn to a 90 year old all in one day! Developing relationships with patients and continuity of care are particularly important to me. In addition, I think it is very important that patients participate in their own healthcare and understanding the disease they have. I'm happy to take the time to explain disease processes and medications as many times as you need!

Ratings and comments are obtained from verified patient survey data collected on behalf of HonorHealth by a third-party vendor, National Research Corporation. HonorHealth uses CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey (CG-CAHPS) questions published by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to assess patients' experiences with healthcare providers and staff in our Medical Group practices. In order to support full transparency, HonorHealth ensures that the full range of patient comments, both positive and negative, are published.

Star ratings are displayed only for those physicians who participate in HonorHealth’s patient experience survey program through National Research Corporation and have received a minimum of 30 surveys responses.

Despite the drive toward full transparency, occasionally some comments cannot be published because they jeopardize the patient’s privacy, contain vulgar or offensive language, or contain libelous or defamatory content. In these rare instances, comment exclusion based on a strict set of exclusion criteria may be appropriate.
