Expanding care access in Queen Creek and Florence

HonorHealth is expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care across the Southeast Valley. These additions are designed to improve convenience for patients while supporting physicians and APPs with expanded referral and care coordination options.

New neighborhood-based primary care access is now available in the Queen Creek Village Center at the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads. This location provides a convenient referral option for Southeast Valley patients, with immediate appointment availability.

Both physicians have relocated their practices to this site and are accepting new patients.

To expand specialty care access in Pinal County, general surgery services are now being offered at Florence Medical Center. This location provides outpatient consultations and postoperative follow-up only; all surgical procedures will be performed at HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center.

This is the first specialty to launch at the site, beginning Wednesday, May 20. Surgeons from HonorHealth General Surgery - East Mesa will provide clinic services twice monthly on Wednesdays, offering consultations and postoperative follow-up.

Coming soon: Primary care at HonorHealth Florence Medical Center

HonorHealth Primary Care will open a new office at HonorHealth Florence Medical Center in August, further expanding access to longitudinal, community-based care in the region.

For patients in Queen Creek and Pinal County, these locations provide additional options to support timely referrals, care continuity and improved access across the Southeast Valley.
