GLOBO Interpreter Services is now live across the network — expanding access to 300-plus languages and strengthening video interpretation, including ASL, at the point of care.
Why this change?
GLOBO replaces CyraCom/Propio services to better support clinical communication by:
- Expanding access to a wider range of languages
- Increasing availability of video interpretation via iPad carts
- Enhancing support for patients with limited English proficiency and those requiring ASL services
GLOBO capabilities
- Phone interpretation: 300+ languages
- Video interpretation: ASL and 30+ additional languages
Updated iPad carts are now in use, with brief, on-unit guidance still available as needed. In-person Spanish interpreters remain available at:
