Pain and Headache Support Group - Meets the fourth Tuesday 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
This is a FREE class.
Living with chronic pain, or headache can be physically and emotionaly challenging. You do not have to face these challenges alone. This support group provides a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who understand the impact of chronic pain and headache conditions on daily life
Goals:
- Build community and connection
- Reduce feelings of isolation
- Share practical coping strategies
- Encourage active participation in healthcare
- Foster hope and improved quality of life
You do not need to be an HonorHealth patient; anyone who is managing a neurological disorder is encouraged to attend. The support groups meet in the conference room on the first floor, just past the main lobby.
