Understanding Childbirth - Shea

PLEASE NOTE: This is a ONE-DAY CLASS.

Class fee is for expecting mom and partner/support person. If you are bringing a partner/support person, you must register them under "guest".

Our Understanding Childbirth class will help you and your partner prepare for the physical and emotional experiences that may come with your labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Classes are taught by an HonorHealth Labor & Delivery RN. It is best to take this series near the beginning of your 3rd trimester.
