This office is conveniently located inside the new HonorHealth Medical Campus at Peoria, located on the east side of Loop 101, directly off 83rd Ave., just south of Bell Road in Peoria and the Peoria Sports Complex. Parking is available in front of the building, and the office is on the second floor. The Valley Metro 83 bus travels north/south on 83rd Avenue.
