The outpatient therapy office is in Suite B-102, next door to the Anthem Primary Care/Immediate Care practice on West Anthem Way. Parking is available in front of the building entrance. The clinic is in a business center that features a CVS Pharmacy and a Starbucks coffee shop. Across North Gavilan Peak Parkway are the Shops at Arizona.

Overview

The physical therapists at Anthem are highly specialized in orthopedics, sports and manual therapy. The certified specialists also see a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from chronic pain, joint issues, postoperative surgery, hand, neurological disorders and balance disorders. Your physical therapist will work with you to develop a treatment program that’s right for you. The office staff treats patients 10 and older. Same-day or next-day appointments are often available.
