Overview
You don’t have to live with a wound that won’t heal. At HonorHealth Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Services - Four Peaks, our team provides specialized inpatient and outpatient care to help support healing and reduce complications.
Our specialists work together to care for wounds that are slow to heal due to conditions such as diabetes, poor circulation or infection. Physicians, nurse practitioners and wound care nurses understand the complexity of wound healing, create personalized treatment plans with support from a multidisciplinary team of experts, and help prevent complications such as infection and amputation.
We care for patients 16 years and older.
