Jennifer Burke, MD

Jen Burke, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with expertise in preventive care, women’s health and sports medicine. She brings more than 20 years of experience and provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on continuity, coordination and personalized guidance for patients of all ages.

Her additional credentials include a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine (CAQSM), board certification from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (DipABLM), a Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology (MSCP) and certification as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Dr. Burke’s clinical interests include menopause care with hormone therapy, sports and musculoskeletal medicine with injury prevention and concussion management, and in-office procedures such as skin lesion removal, laceration repair, and joint aspiration and injection. She also specializes in preventive and lifestyle medicine, metabolic health optimization, cardiovascular risk reduction, women’s health across the lifespan and evidence-based strategies for sustainable behavior change.

Her approach to care emphasizes connection, prevention and partnership. Dr. Burke combines traditional medical treatment with evidence-based lifestyle strategies, believing exceptional care begins with listening and understanding each patient’s goals and daily realities. Originally from Holmdel, New Jersey, Dr. Burke values family time, friendship and meaningful connection. She enjoys hiking, walking, running and lifting weights, and she finds joy in travel, new experiences and time outdoors.
