Jennifer Shaw, MD

Jennifer Shaw, MD, is an obstetrician-gynecologist with 19 years of experience specializing in normal and high-risk obstetrics, as well as nutrition and lifestyle medicine. She earned her medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, external cephalic version, tubal ligation, IUD and Nexplanon insertion, hysteroscopy and miscarriage treatment.

Dr. Shaw emphasizes patient-centered care and works closely with each patient to achieve their health goals. For pregnant patients, she focuses on promoting a healthy pregnancy through exercise, stress management, sleep and nutrition. She advocates for informed consent and encourages open discussion of all recommended interventions, helping patients feel informed and empowered.

Originally from Temecula, California, Shaw and her family enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing and snowboarding. At home, they spend time with their two dogs. She also speaks medical Spanish, helping her serve a wider range of patients.
