Jesse Anderson, MD

Jesse Anderson, MD, is a Canadian board-certified, American board-eligible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and hip and knee arthroplasty, including complex revision surgery. He earned his medical degree from Schulich School of Medicine at Western University, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Alberta and pursued fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine and adult reconstructive orthopedic surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, completing two year-long fellowships in arthroplasty and sports medicine. During his fellowship training, he served on the medical team for the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Argonauts.

Dr. Anderson provides comprehensive care spanning the full range of knee conditions, from ACL and ligament tears in teenage athletes to complex revision knee replacements in senior patients. His expertise includes multi-ligament reconstruction, meniscus and cartilage procedures for the knee, and primary and revision arthroplasty for both hips and knees. For hip conditions, he focuses on replacement and revision procedures, typically seeing patients over age 50 or those specifically referred for hip replacement.
