She completed her general surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center and a fellowship in bariatric surgery at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Dr. Staudinger provides care across a wide range of procedures, including bariatric surgery (sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass), hernia repair, gallbladder and appendix removal and other abdominal surgeries. She has advanced expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a focus on minimally invasive approaches that help patients recover faster, experience less pain and achieve better outcomes.
