Peter Kubitz, DO

Dr. Kubitz is determined to find the most accurate diagnosis for his patients and works with each patient to formulate an individualized plan of care. He finds that involving his patients in decision-making and avoiding a protocol-driven approach to care helps them achieve their goals more effectively.

Dr. Kubitz is double board-certified in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. He's received extensive training in evaluating and managing painful spine and musculoskeletal disorders. He offers cutting-edge treatments such as spinal cord stimulation, regenerative medicine techniques, spinal blocks, radiofrequency ablation and joint injections. He works closely with primary care providers and specialists in the community to facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
