About

Dr. Peter Kubitz is double board-certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Kubitz has received extensive training in evaluating and managing painful spine and musculoskeletal disorders. He offers cutting-edge treatments such as spinal cord stimulation, regenerative medicine techniques, spinal blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections. He closely works with primary care providers and specialists in the community to facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Dr. Kubitz was raised in Southern California and after completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester Minnesota, he relocated to Arizona in 2005.

Care philosophy

Dr. Kubitz is determined to find the most accurate diagnosis for his patients and works with each patient to formulate an individualized plan of care. He finds involving his patients in making decisions and avoiding a protocol-driven approach to care helps them achieve their goals more effectively.
