Robert Walker, MD

Robert Walker, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder care. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix and pursued fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Walker treats a wide range of conditions affecting the upper extremities, helping patients restore function, reduce pain and return to the activities that matter most to them.

 Dr. Walker provides comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical care for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions. His expertise includes treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, tendon and ligament injuries, fractures, arthritis and sports-related injuries. He also performs advanced procedures such as wrist and elbow arthroscopy, tendon and nerve repair, rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization procedures and shoulder replacement surgery. When appropriate, he offers minimally invasive techniques and wide-awake procedures that can help patients avoid general anesthesia and recover more quickly.
