Sana Durrani-Simmons, DO

Sana Durrani-Simmons, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include preventive care, geriatrics, mental health, women’s health, adolescent medicine, integrative medicine and caring for underserved populations. She also has a special interest in acne, hair loss and other cosmetic concerns.

Dr. Durrani-Simmons offers a wide range of services, including skin procedures, joint injections and contraceptive care, including IUD and Nexplanon management. She cares for both acute and chronic conditions and helps patients build a foundation for lifelong health and wellness. Dr. Durrani-Simmons takes a compassionate, holistic approach to care that considers the many factors influencing a patient’s well-being. She combines evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient education, nutrition, mental health and non-pharmacological treatment options. By partnering with patients to create personalized treatment plans, she strives to address the root causes of disease and support long-term health for individuals and families.

Originally from the Chicagoland area, Dr. Durrani-Simmons enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Phoenix, trying new cuisines, swimming and weightlifting. She is fluent in Hindi and Urdu and speaks some Spanish.
