Her treatment philosophy revolves around a holistic approach, focusing on lifestyle changes and incorporating vitamins, supplements, honoring and acknowledging traditional healing practices and incorporating when appropriate. She provides clinical hypnosis services for conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress reduction, and tobacco cessation. Dr. Singh actively empowers patients through community and educational initiatives, exemplified by the introduction of shared medical visits. She recently started two groups: food as medicine and Low-FODMAP shared medical visits.
