Swapna Chalasani, MD

Swapna Chalasani, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been providing comprehensive adult care since 2007. She earned her medical degree from NTR University of Health Services in 2001 and completed her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she received the Outstanding Teaching Award.

She furthered her expertise by completing the Caterpillar Scholar's Faculty Development Fellowship in 2009.

Dr. Chalasani offers expert preventive, diagnostic and treatment-focused care for adults 18 and older. She provides both in-person and virtual visits for convenience and accessibility.
