Swapna Chalasani, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has provided comprehensive adult care since 2007. She earned her medical degree from NTR University of Health Services in 2001 and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, where she received the Outstanding Teaching Award. She also completed the Caterpillar Scholar's Faculty Development Fellowship in 2009.
