Find an HonorHealth Provider
If you are enrolled in a HonorHealth medical plan, you will receive the highest level of benefits when you see HonorHealth Medical Group providers and facilities. Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona providers may be accessible, depending on your plan, but at an increased out-of-pocket cost.

Pediatricians: Employees who elect the Coordinated Care Plan can use any Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona pediatrician as the primary care physician for their covered dependent child for the same primary co-pay of $10 as a HonorHealth provider during 2015.
