Overview
At HonorHealth Medical Group - South Tempe - Primary Care, you'll be cared for by a team focused on your health needs and goals. We'll talk with you about your concerns, answer questions and help coordinate any follow-up care you may need. When appropriate, blood draws can also be performed in your exam room for added convenience and privacy.
Our family medicine physicians care for patients ages 10 and older, providing preventive care, routine wellness visits and treatment for a wide range of health concerns, including chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma. We welcome new patients and often offer same- or next-day appointments.
