HonorHealth Concierge Medicine at Stonecreek is designed to give you increased access to care for an affordable fee. Once enrolled, you can schedule same-day or next-day appointments, request extended appointments and have access to your physician after hours, on weekends and holidays.
When you join HonorHealth Concierge Medicine at Stonecreek, you will establish a close relationship with your doctor, as well as the entire care team. Our physicians limit their number of patients to 400, which allows them to provide care that’s made for you. Services include:
- Extended access to your physician (after hours, weekend, holidays)
- Same-day or next-day appointments
- Extended appointment time
- Care navigation that includes scheduling
- Consults, imaging and lab appointments
- A dedicated and direct number
- Onsite lab for all your lab orders
