Melanie Patton, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience and is board-eligible in lifestyle medicine. She practices with HonorHealth Concierge Medicine and previously served as Associate Chief Medical Officer for HonorHealth Medical Group, leading initiatives to improve patient experience and provider well-being.

Dr. Patton is passionate about using lifestyle interventions to prevent disease, focusing on whole-person care, and partnering with patients to achieve optimal outcomes. A dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 25 years, she brings a holistic perspective to her practice. Her special interests include lifestyle medicine, health coaching, preventive care, and women’s health.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Psychology and Biochemistry. Dr. Patton received her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Banner University in Phoenix, Arizona.
