Overview
The HonorHealth NeuroWellness Gym provides a safe environment for those with neurological conditions or other movement disorders to confidently exercise and maintain a fitness regimen. Both group classes and personal training are available.
Christina Pitts, MS, is the NeuroWellness exercise physiologist. She holds a master’s degree in exercise and wellness from Arizona State University and is a certified PWR!Moves (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) instructor.
The NeuroWellness Gym provides a 45-minute new client assessment that includes NeuroWellness Gym account activation, functional mobility and body composition assessments that aid in the proper selection of services. The assessment is required to participate in group and personal fitness services.
Personal fitness training
This service includes a fitness program that is tailored to your unique goals and delivered one-on-one by an exercise physiologist. Both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions are available. These sessions can be purchased one at a time or in groups of five for a discounted rate.

Group fitness classes
These 45-minute classes are focused on using exercise to address common neurological symptoms by improving strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. The small size of these classes allows for adequate supervision and a safe exercise environment. A monthly membership to attend unlimited classes throughout the month is available for purchase. You may also purchase individual classes, if preferred.

The NeuroWellness Gym is an out-of-pocket expense.
