Chirag Patel, MD is a thoracic surgeon with HonorHealth Heart and Lung Surgical Group. Dr. Patel is board certified in both cardiothoracic and general surgery, and his expertise includes lung cancer, tracheal and airway disorders, esophageal disease and cancer, lung cancer, diaphragm, tumors of the mediastinum and minimally invasive robotic thoracic surgery. “With the introduction of robotic procedures in thoracic surgery, patients will have less pain after with a quicker recovery and minimal scarring, resulting in better health outcomes and overall patient experience,” says Dr. Patel.
