About
HonorHealth Cancer Care gives you access to an elite team of experts across the Valley. The physicians we collaborate with are nationally and internationally recognized.
Dr. Nakamura, a fellowship-trained breast surgeon, is dedicated to educating her patients about their risks of developing breast cancer. She works with high-risk patients to create a plan that reduces their risk of developing breast cancer and allows for early detection. Those with certain genetic mutations, such as BRCA or CHEK2, a strong family history of breast or ovarian cancer, previous biopsies showing atypical hyperplasia or lobular carcinoma in situ, dense breast tissue or radiation exposure during childhood may benefit from Dr. Nakamura’s care.
