To smoothly transition Evernorth Care Group physicians, team members and locations to HonorHealth, we plan to temporarily close the 11 Evernorth Care Group locations we’re acquiring in early January 2026.

Please note:

Arrowhead Ranch, Chandler, Paradise Valley, Paseo, Scottsdale Norte, Sun City/Peoria and Westridge will not transition to HonorHealth and are permanently closing when the transition finalizes.
