Driving Directions

Our office is in downtown Phoenix, near the Arizona State Capitol complex, in Edwards Medical Plaza. From I-10, take the 7th Street exit north, then turn east on Jefferson Street to 12th Street. From SR-51, exit at McDowell Road west to 12th Street, then head south. The building is on 12th Street between Jefferson and Washington streets. Free parking is available on the fourth floor for direct access to Phoenix Central Health Center.

Additional arrival and drop-off instructions

Driving yourself

Enter the Edwards Medical Plaza parking garage and proceed to the fourth floor. Park and enter through the large sliding glass doors. Suite 404 is immediately to the right of the elevators.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft)

Enter the Edwards Medical Plaza parking garage and go to the second floor. Follow the patient drop-off signage to the left. Take the elevator to the fourth floor; the office is to the left when exiting.

Medical transport, Dial-a-Ride or bus drop-off (Important)

Patients using medical transport, Dial-a-Ride or bus services must be dropped off at the south entrance off E Culver St. Use the ramp to access the second floor, then follow the patient crosswalk to the elevators. Take the elevator to the fourth floor; the office is to the left. Do not use the north entrance on Willeta, as it requires a long walk around the building and may pose safety concerns.
