The clinic is located on the second floor of Medical Office Building II. It is conveniently located on the west side of North 27th Avenue, across the street from the Deer Valley Medical Center campus. Parking is located behind the building. Patients can be dropped off at the entrance while family or driver parks.

Overview

You can find relief from non-healing wounds with specialized inpatient and outpatient care from the Wound Care Services team at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center.

Specialists here work as a team to help manage wounds that are slow to heal due to such complications as diabetes, poor circulation and infection. Physicians and wound care nurses:

  • Provide a personalized treatment plan including consults from a multidisciplinary team of experts

  • Treat patients 16 years and older

  • Understand the complexity of wound healing

  • Manage wounds to prevent unnecessary amputations
