Every Executive Health experience begins with our comprehensive base package evaluation. As a streamlined, self-pay experience, our base package provides a comprehensive, full-day evaluation built around precision, prevention and long-term well-being.

From there, you can expand your experience with specialty packages that provide deeper insight into specific areas of health and performance.

BASE PACKAGE - $7,500

Our base package is required for all participants and includes a 60-minute consultation with a primary care physician and dietitian.

They will complete multiple tests and screenings pertaining to your general health, mental health, heart health and nutrition.

This includes:

Full physical exam
Complete medical history
Basic skin exam
Vaccine review
Vision screening
Body composition analysis
Comprehensive dietary assessment
Cardiovascular and cancer preventive counseling
Psychiatry and stress management screening
Full blood panel
Eye pressure testing to screen for glaucoma
Retina photography reviewed by a board-certified ophthalmologist
Medical imaging*

* Most services within the base package, except for medical imaging, are offered at HonorHealth Executive Health in Scottsdale.

Medical imaging services take place at Southwest Medical Imaging, conveniently located across the street from our office.

SPECIALTY PACKAGES

Built on your base Executive Health physical, specialty packages allow you to personalize your experience with deeper insights in key areas. Our specialty packages include both virtual and in-person consultations, which may occur at other locations. Mobile laboratory tests will be scheduled prior to your visit at your doorstep or workplace.

Specialty packages are continuing to evolve, with expanded cardiology, neurology, sports medicine and cancer screening offerings in development.

Brain health specialty package (+$2,100)

Our brain health specialty package provides you with a deeper understanding of your brain health and cognitive performance.

This package includes:

Two-hour consultation with a neuropsychologist
One-hour consultation with a neurologist
Cognitive, functional and behavioral tests and screenings
Blood work to test for Alzheimer’s and other neurological conditions
CT scan of your head
MRI brain scan

Heart health specialty package (+$2,000)

With advanced heart imaging and a 60-minute consultation with a cardiologist, this package helps identify early signs of heart disease and provides personalized guidance to support long-term heart health.

Sports medicine specialty package (+$1,200)

Our sports medicine specialty package gives you a closer look at your joint and musculoskeletal health.

It includes advanced metabolism and fitness testing that impacts longevity and a consultation with a HonorHealth Sports Medicine physician.

Detailed cancer detection (+$3,650)

You'll receive a whole-body MRI, including your chest, abdomen, pelvis, liver fat measurement, brain, and MRA of your brain and neck. You'll also complete a blood test that detects 50 different types of cancer.

What is self-pay service?

Our Executive Health experience is an out-of-pocket investment paid at the time of enrollment. HonorHealth does not bill insurance for these services. You’ll receive one comprehensive bill for your visit.
