1. Schedule your visit
Your experience begins with a simple phone call.
Our team will coordinate a time that fits your schedule and introduce you to your personal care navigator, who will guide you through every step of the process.
2. Pre-visit testing at your convenience
Before your visit, we make preparation easy.
Our team can arrange mobile lab testing at your home or workplace, allowing key lab work to be completed ahead of time, so your physicians have valuable data ready for your appointment.
3. 360-degree health evaluation
During your visit, you’ll undergo an in-depth evaluation expertly designed to provide a complete assessment of your health.
Using advanced screenings and diagnostics, our physicians evaluate key areas that influence long-term health and performance, including:
- Cardiovascular health
- Brain health
- Metabolic health
- Mental and emotional well-being
- Nutrition and lifestyle factors
- Body composition and fitness markers
Our program is expanding to include specialized eye screenings:
- Eye pressure testing to screen for glaucoma
- Retina photography reviewed by a board-certified ophthalmologist

A copy is also shared with your primary care physician to ensure coordinated care.

If questions arise after your visit, follow-up consultations or phone appointments can be scheduled with your care team.
If further evaluation is needed, we’ll help coordinate follow-up care with the appropriate specialists.
If you do currently have a primary care physician, we can also help connect you with providers in primary care, concierge medicine, integrative medicine and specialty care.
