At HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center you'll find a team of experts to help you regain as much function as possible after a stroke. Outpatient rehabilitation

The Neurological Rehabilitation Program at Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center will continue to help you carry out your daily activities as well as possible after you're released from the hospital.
