About
Originally from Utah, Jacob Adams, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in adult reconstructive and joint replacement surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Adams finished his fellowship in adult reconstruction/joint replacement at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.
Outside of medicine, you’ll find Dr. Adams on a golf course or participating in outdoor activities with his family. He loves to go boating, wakeboarding and wake surfing at the many beautiful lakes Arizona has to offer. Dr. Adams also loves to travel and eat good food. He is all about spending time with his family, making lasting memories with them.

Dr. Adams strongly believes in a team approach to care, partnering closely with each patient on developing a treatment plan that works best for their needs. Dr. Adams primarily focuses on maximizing nonsurgical management of orthopedic conditions; however, if a patient requires surgery, he provides state-of-the-art surgical care, utilizing robotic-assisted and minimally invasive techniques.
