DoW SkillBridge Program

The SkillBridge Prgram is authorized by the Department of War to help service members transition from military to civilian workforce. It’s open to service members that are within their last 180 days before their separation or retirement. We offer clinical and non-clinical internships to help build confidence, sharpen skills and open doors to a full-time role.

Here’s how it works:

• We match you to open roles that fit your skills and experience.
• Internships typically run about 120 days.
• Matching starts 60 – 90 days before your projected DoW SkillBridge Program start date.
