Memberships and consultations

HonorHealth Concierge Neurology offers membership options designed to provide personalized access, proactive care and support for managing neurological conditions or maintaining long-term brain health.

Annual membership is our most comprehensive option. Membership includes access to same-day or next-day appointments, after-hours physician communication, extended visits, comprehensive care coordination and connection with HonorHealth's specialist network — all with a limited number of members to ensure the access you deserve.

Individual membership

Cost: $10,000 per year

For patients actively managing a neurological condition or at-risk adults who want ongoing proactive neurological care with after-hours physician access.

Couples membership

Cost: $15,000 per year

For two partners seeking full concierge neurological access, whether one or both are managing an active condition or proactively supporting long-term brain health together.

Three-month membership package

Cost: $2,500 one-time fee

A three-month ongoing plan for adults with a family history of neurological disease, early undiagnosed concerns or a proactive interest in brain health. If you upgrade to annual membership within 30 days of your final consultation, the one-time fee for this membership will be credited toward the cost of your first year.

Primary Care Concierge Medicine add-on

Cost: $5,000 per year

Existing HonorHealth Concierge Medicine primary care members can add neurological care at 50% off.

Second opinion consult

Cost: $1,000 one-time fee

For patients with an existing diagnosis who want additional information or a second opinion before accepting a prognosis or treatment plan. This is particularly helpful for complex diagnoses including ALS, myasthenia gravis, neuropathy and CIDP. If you upgrade to annual membership within 30 days of your consultation, your one-time fee will be credited toward the cost of your first year.
