Meet your physician at Concierge Neurology
Todd Levine, MD, is a fellowship-trained neurologist with more than 25 years of clinical experience and a career defined by seeing the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Dr. Levine received his medical degree from Duke University and completed his residency and fellowship in neuromuscular disease at Washington University in St. Louis. He founded and directed a multidisciplinary ALS clinic for more than 20 years and served as chair of the Neuromuscular Division of the American Academy of Neurology. He currently serves as director of neuroscience research at the HonorHealth Research Institute and director of preventative neurology at HonorHealth.
In addition to his clinical and executive leadership, Dr. Levine is an internationally recognized neurologist, neuroscientist, entrepreneur and thought leader whose work has advanced the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 150 peer-reviewed publications and served as a principal or lead investigator on more than 75 clinical research studies focused on Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy, autonomic disorders and other complex neurological conditions.
Dr. Levine is the founder of CND Life Sciences, a leader in skin-based neurodiagnostic testing. Through its innovations, the organization has helped improve the early detection of Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia and other neurodegenerative disorders, giving clinicians greater diagnostic confidence and patients access to earlier intervention opportunities. His work has helped translate advances in neuroscience into practical tools that support better patient care.
Committed to advancing scientific discovery and patient education, Dr. Levine is the author of Your Brain's Second Chance, an evidence-based guide that offers practical strategies to support lifelong brain health. He also authored Small Nerves, Big Problems, the first comprehensive patient guide on small fiber neuropathy. His expertise in this area extends beyond publication, including the founding of Corinthian Reference Laboratory, one of the first laboratories focused on diagnosing small fiber neuropathy and advancing research related to the condition.
Widely respected by colleagues and patients, Dr. Levine has been recognized as a PHOENIX magazine Top Doctor for more than 25 consecutive years. The distinction reflects his longstanding commitment to clinical excellence, innovation and compassionate patient care, as well as his dedication to advancing the future of neurological medicine.
Dr. Levine's philosophy is shaped by decades of caring for patients facing some of neurology's most difficult diagnoses. His practice is built on a single belief: no matter the diagnosis, there is always more that can be done. He believes that every patient deserves a plan for their future and a physician who believes something better is always possible.
