Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression/Anxiety Support Group-Virtual Session

Many women experience mild mood changes during or after the birth of a child. Symptoms of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders can appear any time during pregnancy and the first 12 months after childbirth. This support group helps mothers who are pregnant or postpartum and are experiencing depression or anxiety.

The group is facilitated by Abby Garcia, Ph.D. The group meets on the first and third Friday of the month.
