Therapeutic Drumming - Shea Wednesday

Drumming strengthens brain connections to improve memory, focus, and problem-solving. It also helps lower blood pressure and activates your body's natural relaxation system, leaving you feeling calm, clear and recharged.

Led by master drummer Frank Thompson, the Therapeutic Drumming Program is offered through the HonorHealth Foundation, thanks to a generous grant from the McDowell Mountain Music Foundation.

This a FREE event that will occur every Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center, 10460 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale, AZ 85258 in the Mind, Body, & Spirit Room 206.
