PLEASE NOTE: This a one-day class. It is the same content as the 2-class series, just provided in one session. We suggest you bring healthy snacks, water, and dress in layers since the room can get cold over a long period of time. There will be a 45-minute lunch break.
Class fee is for expecting mom and partner/support person. If you are bringing a partner/support person, you must register them under "guest".
Our Understanding Childbirth One-Day class will prepare you and your partner for the physical and emotional experiences that may come with your labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Classes are taught by an HonorHealth Labor & Delivery RN. It is best to take this series near the beginning of your 3rd trimester.

The class will be held in the Brady Conference Center at the Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. The conference center is located on the first floor.
