Preparing for your procedure
One week before procedure
Arrival and procedure time
- The physician performing your procedure will provide your arrival and procedure time to the hospital. Please arrive on time.
Pre-op instructions
- Review all pre‑op instructions from your surgeon. If you were provided with bowel prep instructions, please follow them carefully and complete your bowel prep regimen.
- Follow instructions given by your surgeon or prescriber regarding blood thinners, such as Eliquis, Plavix, Xarelto or Warfarin. Blood thinners are typically paused prior to your procedure. Not following guidance may lead to procedure delays.
