We know asking for help can be difficult, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

At each of our HonorHealth Medical Group primary care locations you will have access to behavioral health therapy by a licensed behavioral health provider and psychiatric consultant. They will partner with you and your primary care provider to provide you with a personalized treatment plan. Our Care Coordination team will also be there to support you throughout the journey with multiple behavioral health resources.

Care is available for adults and children experiencing any of the following:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Paranoia
  • Behavioral or emotional disorders
  • Grief and loss
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Eating disorders
  • Confidence and self-esteem issues
  • Relationship issues
  • Addiction issues
  • Sleep issues
  • Postpartum mood disorders
  • And other conditions

Care is provided either in-person at your primary care location or online through a video visit.

  • Inquire at the front desk after your primary care appointment
  • Call your primary care provider's office
  • Call the Customer Navigation Center at 623-580-5800
  • Send a secure message to your provider via MyChart
