If your condition requires an in-person appointment, the provider will message you with next steps, and you won’t be charged for the E-Visit.
E-Visits are answered from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Response times are not guaranteed, but they are typically completed over the course of one to two business days (not including weekends or holidays).

If you need urgent medical attention, please contact your primary care provider by phone or find an Urgent Care near you. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.
