Is a MyChart E-Visit right for you?

E-Visits allow you to get fast, affordable care from anywhere – no appointments, video or phone calls needed. All you have to do is answer a few questions about your medical issue in MyChart, then an HonorHealth provider will review your answers and respond with a treatment plan in your MyChart messages.

An E-Visit is a good option for current HonorHealth patients with non-urgent issues, such as:

  • Acne
  • Back pain
  • Headaches
  • Diarrhea
  • Red eye
  • Fatigue
  • Motion sickness
  • Birth control
  • Heartburn
  • Cough
  • Urinary problems, such as a UTI
  • Sinus problems
  • Medication refills

If your condition requires an in-person appointment, the provider will message you with next steps, and you won’t be charged for the E-Visit.

E-Visits are answered from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Response times are not guaranteed, but they are typically completed over the course of one to two business days (not including weekends or holidays).
