Save a Spot FAQ

Save a Spot allows you to check estimated wait times and hold your spot in line at HonorHealth Urgent Care locations. Save a Spot’s integration with MyChart allows for easier, more convenient access to the care you need, when you need it. The last thing we want is for care to be frustrating. Here are some frequently asked questions highlighting the benefits of this new tool.

Q: Is this a scheduled appointment at an HonorHealth Urgent Care location?

A: No. It is not a scheduled appointment. Save a Spot will hold your place in line.

Q: If I use Save a Spot, will I still have to wait once I arrive?

A: Our team will evaluate patients upon arrival. Those requiring immediate medical attention are seen first, which may cause you to a wait upon your arrival.

Q: Am I able to see estimated wait times for the location closest to me?

Q: Do I have to be an HonorHealth patient or have an existing HonorHealth MyChart account to use Save a Spot?

A: You do not have to be a current HonorHealth patient to use Save a Spot; however, you need to have an existing MyChart account to do so. Visit our MyChart page for more information on how to access your account or sign up.

Q: What happens if I arrive later than my expected arrival time?

A: Due to the limited number of spots available, you must arrive within 30 minutes of your expected arrival time to hold your place in line. If you are unable to make it in time, your spot will be canceled; however, you still have the option of being seen as a walk-in for your visit.
