Note: Insurance plan updates typically occur in early January each year or as needed, should any changes occur during the calendar year.
Aetna changes effective Jan. 1, 2026
Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Aetna has made the decision to remove HonorHealth providers from the Aetna Medicare Prime Network, and Aetna will no longer offer marketplace/exchange plans, including the Banner | Aetna marketplace plan in which HonorHealth currently participates.

This impacts the Aetna Medicare Prime Network and the marketplace/exchange plan only. HonorHealth will continue to be in-network with Aetna and Banner/Aetna commercial and all other Medicare Advantage plans and networks. You can find a complete list of in-network plans below.
